Fun with Friends

This past weekend we went to Michigan to visit our good friends, Brad and Mari Stille and their three kids. What a refreshment it always is to spend time with kindred spirits!! All the kids get along great. It went way too quickly, but it was well worth the trip. Here are a few pictures of them snowmobiling in the soccer field behind their house and then devotions on Saturday night. Despite some sickness a great time was had by all!!!!

I love the picture with the snow flying up. Good shot! Those Stille kids are getting big! I guess time doesn't stand still for anyone. :)

I am so glad that you all had such a good time. It is so much fun to get together with friends. Doesn't it make you feel like a kid again? I always act so crazy when Danielle and I get together. I know that probably doesn't surprise you!

I think my parents are good friends to your friend Brad's parents. (Does that make sense?) Are his parents George and Jan Stille? It sure is a small world if that's who I think it is!

Holly, yes, it is the same couple-George and Jan Stille. The ladies are college friends, aren't they? I had forgotten that. They also are in Michigan ministering in the same school as their son, Brad. George teaches jr high and Jan teaches 3rd grade. What a small world!!!

I thought that was Brad
"Schtee-lee" in the picture (as Dr.Barnes used to say). How fun that you got to spend time with them. Don't you wish we could go back to MBBC for just 1 more day??? Certainly not more than that, of course =0), but one day would be fun. Thanks for posting those.

Dora,
Brad, "Rob" (as you call him), and I were the only three to make the traveling soccer team our freshman year. "Gonzee" or "Taco" was a really funny teamate and friend. He always started off a story with... "That was nothing, when I was in high school..." Great memories for sure.

Scott... So, how are you guys doing? Do you and Bradley get together often? You guys should come out to visit us in California. Greg Mansur is out here in town too. Tell everyone I say HI.
